The following general terms and conditions apply as they are currently published on this website.

Subject matter of the contract:

The subject of the contract are all courses and treatment units for dogs. The contractual basis is a service contract / terms and conditions and the law of the service contract §§ 611ff BGB applies.

The dog owner (hereinafter referred to as "customer") acts in the units on his own responsibility and bears all consequences of his actions for himself, his dog and third parties.

A guarantee of success cannot be given. The success is mainly due to the cooperation and implementation by the owner.

Participation requirement:

Only dogs that are healthy and have a valid dog liability insurance can participate. If the dog is not insured, the customer is liable. Movere Fitnesstraining for dogs reserves the right to refuse participants or dogs without giving reasons.

Exclusion from participation:

Dogs with contagious diseases (kennel cough, etc.) are excluded from participating in the offer. The customer assures that his dog does not suffer from any contagious diseases.

Contract / registration:

Registration and appointments are made by phone, WhatsApp or directly on site.

With the appointment confirmation by the customer, the acceptance of the terms and conditions (as read and accepted) is confirmed. The registration becomes binding through a signed contract with Movere Fitnesstraining for dogs.

Payment terms:

The fees for courses and treatments are to be paid in cash before the start of the unit.

Withdrawal / cancellation by the participant from the offer:

If the customer should not be able to attend the booked one-to-one lesson, regardless of the reason (including illness), he is obliged to cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If the customer cancels less than 48 hours before the start, the full fee will be charged if no alternative date can be found. If the booked appointments / individual lessons are not canceled at all, a full training hour will be billed. Cancellations or postponements more than 48 hours before the start are free of charge.

The minimum number of participants for the courses is 2 participants each. If the minimum number is not achieved, the respective course will not take place.

Movere Fitnesstraining for dogs reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments. These hours will of course be made up for in consultation with the customer.

Liability:

The customer is responsible for all damage caused by a dog during the exercises. By registering for the course, the customer declares that there is valid liability insurance for every dog they bring with them.

It is agreed that Movere Fitnesstraining for dogs does not assume any liability for personal injury, property damage or financial damage resulting from the use of the exercises shown, as well as for damage caused by participating dogs, and that claims are therefore not made by either the dog owner or third parties can. The undersigned participant will inform any accompanying person of the disclaimer. Participation is at your own risk.

The copyright to the documents handed out lies exclusively with Movere Fitnesstraining for dogs. Transfer to third parties, publication or any kind of public use are subject to prior consent.

Usage rights:

Movere Fitnesstraining for dogs may use photos and video recordings that were taken as part of their courses for their own purposes. The customer is not entitled to any remuneration.

If this is not desired, this must be expressly communicated in advance.

Ineffectiveness of individual provisions:

Insofar as individual provisions become wholly or partially ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
